I Inherited a House in Brooklyn

It was a big surprise to me when I learned that my aunt had left me her house. Of course then I thought about it for awhile and I realized that I should not be that shocked by it. She had one son and he was not a good person as I recall. He was involved with all sorts of scams and crimes which served to feed his bad habits, now he is jail as a habitual offender and is not getting out. The place is in great shape, but I need to find HVAC installation in Brooklyn. Aunt Carol just did not believe in that stuff. She did not care how hot it got, she would turn on her fans or sit on the front porch if it was shady there. Of course I already have a house, but it is not nearly as nice as her house shall be after I do a few things to fix it like I want. I may just try to see which one I can sell the easiest.

I figured out how long it would take me to get to work from there the other morning. It was a little bit more than what it takes now, but then for the moment that really does not mean very much. Right now I wake up about five minutes before I start working and show up in a bathrobe and boxer shorts. It is actually a lot more efficient for me I think. It seems to me that I must have wasted a big part of my time doing stuff that did not have anything to do with my job. I do miss the flirty girl from accounting and that is not a lie. At any rate until the virus is gone I have no commute save the odd day once a month.
